Calcium Aluminate Cement (CAC, Corrosion resistant, acid resistant, high temperature resistant) is a high-performance specialty cement produced from limestone and bauxite through high-temperature fusion. It is characterized by rapid strength development, stable performance, and excellent durability. CAC is widely valued for its resistance to chemical attack, abrasion, and high temperatures, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. It is commonly used in refractory materials, industrial flooring, wastewater structures, and applications where long-term durability and resistance to harsh conditions are required.

Calcium Aluminate Cement (CAC), also known as High Alumina Cement, is a specialized hydraulic cement with alumina content typically ranging from 40% to 80%. It develops rapid early strength and maintains excellent mechanical performance even at elevated temperatures.
Unlike Portland cement, CAC provides superior resistance to high temperatures, sulfates, acids, and slags, making it an essential component in refractory castables, mortars, and monolithic materials.
Its controlled setting time, combined with outstanding bonding strength and durability, allows versatile use in on-site construction, furnace maintenance, industrial flooring, and environments requiring high chemical stability.
Calcium Aluminate Cement is widely used in industries such as steelmaking, cement, petrochemicals, non-ferrous metallurgy, environmental equipment, and thermal power generation.
